In a new-build Hell’s Kitchen tower, we softened a glassy white box with texture and shadow: Sho Sugi Ban wall paneling, Vitsoe shelving, and deep contemporary seating from Ligne Roset alongside our own designs. The result is a quiet, layered aerie—balanced between skyline energy and calm, livable comfort.
